Chocolate
Chocolate is the word of the day. Before you go to any Cooking School or Cooking Classes be sure you know your chocolate. Go to different stores and get all the various chocolates they have. Get the powdered cocoa, the baking chocolate, the white chocolate and chocolate syrups. Do taste testing with your friends and try different recipes with different types of chocolate. Learn chocolate.
Pretend chocolate is your friend. (It’s my best friend) When you have a good friend you try to learn everything possible about your friend. You know all your friends moods, looks and attitudes. Chocolate has all of these. Take a hands on approach to studying chocolate. Try new recipes and invent some recipes. Go on the internet and and research chocolate. Learn it origins and how it spread like wildfire around the world to become one of the most beloved foods in the world. Many countries boast that they have the best chocolate. Find out if that is true.
When you feel that you know chocolate and can make chocolate in all it’s variations then you will be a master! You can rule the world if you know chocolate…ha ha ha…just kidding…but possibly the Food World. The best chocolate recipes and desserts are made by someone who loves chocolate, so fall in love with chocolate. Woo chocolate, bring chocolate flowers and make some rose chocolate. Be inventive and passionate and the world will love your chocolate recipes. They will flock to you for more!
