Potato Skins
We made the Pizza Potato Skins tonight. They are delicious. We added pepperoni and olives(see yesterdays post) The reason I am into potatoes right now: The store right across the street had two 10lb bags of potatoes for 99cents!! So here is another recipe for those potato skins.
