Stuffing
Mom’s Stuffing
This is her family recipe with enough for everyone to take some home.
- 1o lb bag of potatoes washed and grated
- 1 quart milk
- 1 box cornbread stuffing
- 1 cup oil
- 4 cups ground hard salami
- 6 eggs
Add the milk to the potatoes as you grate them. This will help them from rusting. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Save some to stuff your turkey and place the rest in a large roasting pan. Cover and cook in a moderate oven 2 to 3 hours or until the potatoes are done.
Be sure to have some plastic containers ready to send some home with everyone.
