My Ultimate Breakfast
This is my Ultimate Healthy Breakfast. I will let you know my Ultimate Traditional Breakfast another time.
- 1 cup Kefir or yogurt
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup fresh blue berries and raspberries
- 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds, oats, various nuts and seeds
- fresh homemade salsa with cucumber slices
- 6 Blue corn tortilla chips
If I could eat this every day, I would. It gives me lots of energy and I feel so good after eating this.
I put the cottage cheese in a bowl and top it with the kefir or yogurt. Then I pour on the berries and top that with the seeds, oats and nuts. Yummy!
For the salsa, I always remember “S”. Salsa Six ingredients. Tomato, red onion, green jalapeƱos, whole cloves of fresh garlic,limes (juice),and cilantro. This always tastes best made fresh and eaten right away. I like to use salted cucumber slices as my chips, but I allow myself to have a few blue corn tortilla chips. Awesome!!!
