Fish is a healthy food that supplies most of the needed nutrients and vitamins to the body. Intake of fish gives many befits in terms of our health. As far as health is concerned it is good to go for fish than other non-vegan food items. There are different types of fishes with different types of proteins, vitamins and nutrients. Eating a food is important to our health as the food is the primary source of energy to our body but eating healthy food matters a lot in terms of adding energy to our body and producing strength to our body. Usually people say that food is a wonderful medicine. This is absolutely true as different food items have different forms of energy contents which are essential to our body.

Fishes are naturally healthy food items which has more medicinal benefits to the body. Fishes are the food items with low calories and rich proteins and very rich in omega 3 fatty acids. Medically our body does not produce omega 3 fatty acids but we can’t say that omega 3 fatty acids are not essential for our body as our body does not produces it. The omega 3 fatty acids are very much needed to our body to keep us healthy especially to keep our heart healthy. Salmon is a type of fish that is rich in omega 3 fatty acids and everyone should taste salmon fish without fail as it is too delicious.

The omega 3 rich salmon can be cooked in formats and especially people love salmon skillets. The salmon skillets can be cooked with different items like spinach, lettuce, onion and even eggs. Mix ginger, cinnamon and turmeric and make it as a paste. Apply the paste over the salmon fillets and cook it for 15 minutes in the oven. While it gets cooked prepare the pesto sauce and add then put spinach, garlic, almonds together separately. While doing the mixing add olive oil which gives wonderful aroma and adds extra taste.

The taste of olive oil will give lip smacking feeling to the salmon fillets. The spinach added to the fish is rich in proteins and vitamins and very good for health. People know about the taste of the spinach and the health facts of the spinach. Imagine the taste of the salmon fillet when you add spinach and pesto sauce with almonds. The taste of the salmon fillet with all these ingredients will be heavenly.
